Construction’s never looked this good

Challenge

3 Industries Construction had just won bids for large scale construction jobs in New York City. They were rapidly growing their team and were in need of workwear, safety gear and signage to be in compliance with certain construction rules & regulations. They were also conscious of job challenges and wanted to build employee loyalty to maintain retention throughout the project.

Solution

We worked with their management team to assess their needs and timelines to ensure they were ready to hit the ground running on day one. We immediately sourced certified high-visibility and safety products that meet industry safety standards. Banners and signs were created to mark different areas and highlight their brand on the job site. We developed workwear and unique t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves and beanies that stood out and created excitement amongst the work teams.

Results

Although we were on a short timeline, we were able to develop all the assets needed for 3 Industries to start their jobs on time. The apparel was such a hit with their team that they continued to order more throughout the project and they are even considering developing their own construction brand line to offer workers,clients and the general public.
