RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY SCHOOL Uniforms
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We want you to love your purchase! In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Out-of-stock items ship in 7–14 business days. During the back-to-school rush (August–September), please allow an extra 4–6 days. All orders ship via UPS with tracking.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return (for a full refund, excluding shipping fees) or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition—unworn and unwashed. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your first exchange, we’ll pay to ship the new items back to you! If additional exchanges are needed, the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
Exchange Authorization (RMA): Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of your return package. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.

Important: Once exchange request has been approved, you will receive and email with an RMA number. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it to the address below. Packages received without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of the shipping date, at our discretion.
